When his grandfather dies, Will discovers that the resort has been left to his younger brother David, who hasn't been home in awhile and really doesn't want to take over the reins. There is familial conflict over the resort and over Maria, who previously dated David, but now dates Will. Additional conflict when a real estate mogul guns for the property.
